It's All About Stamping

Gift for the Holidays

Over at Our Creative Corner the challenge this week is to:   Create some sort of three dimensional project that you could give as a gift.  It could be a hostess gift, a gift for a co-worker or just a pretty little gift for someone special.  Be creative!  We’re looking forward to seeing what you all come up with!  Here’s what I decided to work on…this is the Simply Adorned 1-1/2″x 2″ beveled glass front Charm.  The way the light hits the bevel makes for a little bit of an odd photo but you get the idea.

Here’s What I Used:
Stamps: EnFrancais,  Happy Harmony (retired), Silhouette Sentiments (hostess level1), Vintage Vogue
Paper: Very Vanilla, Not Quite Navy,
Ink: Old Olive, Going Gray (retired), Markers:  Not Quite Navy, Old Olive,
Accessories: Dotted Scallop Ribbon border punch, Jewels,

I hope you’ll take the challenge with us at Our Creative Corner.   Be sure to check out the rest of the OCC design team creations! There is no time limit on our challenges. Feel free to participate whenever you are able. To play along, upload your creation to your blog or gallery, then leave a comment linking to your project so we can check it out. If you upload to SCS, remember to use keyword: OCCC

  1. Very cool charm, Wedy. All the stamping is so pretty and that’s one of my very favorite sentiments stamps. What a wonderful gift this will make – handmade gifts are the absolute best!

  2. Wendy, I think this is one of the prettiest Simply Adorned charms I’ve seen. I love the images and colors you chose and the way you put it together. It’s gorgeous!
