It's All About Stamping

Old Flaky Friends

It just wouldn’t be Christmas without Flaky Friends!  Hi OCC fans and other friends who are visiting today!  Glad to have you stop by!  I hope you find some inspiration somewhere on my stamping blog today!

The Our Creative Challenge for today is using Alternate Christmas Colors:  Regal Rose, Rose Red, Tempting Turquoise, Crumb Cake, and Very Vanilla (I like Whisper White better with clear colors and Very Vanilla with muted colors better).

There’s a lot of glitter on this card that you can’t see from this photo.  Here’s another view.  I used Iridescent Ice Embossing powder on the snowflakes including on the tag.  I used stickles on the “santa hat” fur and pom, and the snow.

Here’s What I Used:
Stamps: Flaky Friends, Teeny Tiny Wishes, Perfect Presentation (snowflake)
Paper: Tempting Turquoise, Regal Rose, Whisper White
Ink: Basic Black, Versamark; Markers:  Tempting Turquoise, Rose Red, Regal Rose, Daffodil Delight, Crumb Cake, Tangerine Tango,
Accessories: Aqua Painter, Stickles, CM oval cutter, White Taffeta ribbon, MS punch, silver brads, iridescent ice embossing powder, dimensionals,

Be sure to check out the rest of the OCC design team creations! There is no time limit on our challenges. Feel free to participate whenever you are able. To play along, upload your creation to your blog or gallery, then leave a comment linking to your project so we can check it out. If you upload to SCS, remember to use keyword: OCCC
